Our work: interior design and build projects in Dubai.

Our portfolio covers office floors and private villas across Dubai, designed and built by one team since 2011. Three projects are published in full, with area, value and programme: IMI at One Za’abeel, Opus by Omniyat and Villa 47 Fairways. Below them sits a gallery of delivered rooms, with design renders kept in their own filter.

Every project

Fourteen projects, one index.

Offices and villas — Dubai and Jeddah.

Every project with a page of its own: eight offices, from IMI at One Za’abeel to AlSubeai Investments’ head office in Jeddah, and six villas, from finished renovations in Dubai Hills and Jumeirah Islands to builds under way and design-only commissions.

The gallery

Interior design gallery: rooms we’ve delivered, and rooms still on screen.

The gallery shows delivered offices for ASI, Crypto One, Global Textiles and Serene in Dubai and AlSubeai Investments in Jeddah, and delivered villa rooms. Design renders — villa rooms, the IMI floor at One Za’abeel and the Opus reception — sit in their own filter and carry a render label, because a render is a decision, not a finished room.
