These terms and conditions govern your use of fajrinteriors.com. By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The website is operated by Fajr Interiors, an interior design and build company in Dubai holding trade licence 648890, with its studio at Office 706–707, Dusseldorf Business Point, Al Barsha 1, Dubai.

03Information on this site

The content on this website is general information about our services and our work. It is not professional, technical or legal advice for your project, and you should not rely on it as such.

We take care to keep the site accurate, but we make no warranty, express or implied, that its content is complete, current or free of errors. Project figures describe the specific projects they are attached to; every building, villa and scope is different.

04Prices, programmes and estimates

Cost bands, rates per square foot, programmes, timelines and the results of the estimate page are indicative. They help you judge whether a project is in range. They are not quotations or offers, and they do not bind either of us.

A quotation is issued only in writing, for a defined scope, itemised against drawings. A project starts only under a signed contract, and that contract — not this website — governs the work, the price and the programme.

05Renders and photographs

Some images on this site are design renders: visualisations of a room before it is built. We label them as renders. They show design intent, not delivered work, and a finished room may differ from its render.

06Intellectual property

The content of this website — including text, photographs, videos, drawings, renders, graphics, the Fajr Interiors name and logo — belongs to Fajr Interiors or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may view the site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or publish its content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission. The logos of authorities and developers are the property of their owners and are shown only to indicate our registrations.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website in a way that is unlawful, that could damage or impair it, or that interferes with anyone else’s use of it — including attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or introducing malicious code.

08Links to other websites

The site links to services we do not control, including Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
