Design Concept & Approach

The design draws inspiration from clean architectural lines, premium materials, and a soothing neutral palette enhanced with rich textures. The open-plan layout maximizes natural light, while custom furniture pieces and curated décor elements create an inviting yet sophisticated ambiance.

Space Planning for an Open Layout

Challenge: The residence featured an expansive open-plan living area that needed distinct functional zones without compromising the airy, connected feel.

Solution: We used subtle flooring transitions, area rugs, and strategic furniture placement to define zones for lounging, dining, and entertainment while maintaining visual flow and openness.
